Related Services Summer Process

Purpose: The purpose of this article is to act as a reminder of all of the things that need to be don't for related services to prepare for summer school.

Email leads

Configure summer time tables Reach out to the programmer to ensure the time tables for summer school are configured If this is not done and the summer school year is rolled up, users will lose access to Related Services
Add Users Be sure to add users in user manager as well as checking the configuration in the application.
Roll up the application Application can be rolled up for summer schools in User Manager. Under the DSC Tab Districts 331 and 321 have to be rolled up by the programmer. They don't get caught in the manual roll up tool.
Send out message in the beacon Add a message to the beacon reminding users to uses summer schools in the summer.
