Households Missing Mailing or Physical Address
Purpose: This article is intended to detail possible issues that can cause a Household Missing Mailing or Physical Address issues as well as detail possible solutions.
Possible Causes: Mailing and/or Physical not checked and/or entered at time of registration and/or when address was updated
Steps to resolve from report:
- Click household Link to be taken to household address screen

- Once in household address screen, be sure the student has a mailing and physical address (example below shows that there is no current physical address checked)

- Click the address line that need to be updated. Check the physical box and save.

If the mailing and physical addresses are different, you will need to add a new address and be sure to check appropriate boxes.
