Meadowood, EYP building change

Instructions for moving Meadowood and EYP students from current building back to Meadowood or EYP building:


  1. Search the student in the current building they are attending.
  2. Go to the student’s Enrollment record
  3. Look to see if the student has a future enrollment record:

  1. If the future enrollment record is not reflecting the correct next year building:
    1. Open the 27 future school year record.
    2. Verify the Calendar field reflects the future record (27 McKean High (294) R
    3. IF you are in the future enrollment record and the future school is NOT the correct building Click the Delete button at the top of the screen

  1. If the future enrollment record is reflecting the correct next year building there is nothing further for you to do.
  2. If there is not a future enrollment record and the student will be returning, you will need to click New and be sure you select the correct future year and calendar.
