Marking EOY Student Status and Correcting Move Up.
Purpose: To inform users complete the end of year status so it show up on both the students report card as well as change their move up action for the following year (as required).
Buildings using Progress Book (KN - 3rd)
Building using Progress Book for Kn - 3rd grade will need to record an end of year status in Progress Book only if a student is not being promoted. All students default to promoted in DSC's Progress Book application. Changing the end of year status in Progress Book will ensure the correct status is included on the Students Marking Period 4 Report Card.

In addition to editing the students status in Progress Book the students End of the Year status will also have to be updated in Infinite Campus. Updating the status in Infinite Campus will ensure the student has the correct roll forward rules for the upcoming year.

Secondary Buildings and ALL Elementary students who are not being Graded in Progress Book
Buildings not using Progress Book will only need to go into Infinite Campus to make changed to the end of year status for students who are not being promoted. Please follow the instructions below to ensure the correct status is printed on the students report card and the student has the correct roll forward status.
